PROFILE

Blue Bonnet Worldwide Services, Inc. (BBWSI) provides quality work in the fields of accounting, bookkeeping, corporate and tax services. Its other subsidiary provides excellent medical billing and auxiliary support services that benefit our affiliate companies and long-term clients. It also has other subsidiaries providing minority-based services like certification program assistance, product sales and consular services. The combined years of experience of its diversified personnel make all of these services possible.

                                                The corporation has a combined 
												experience in sales and 
												services, from auto auction to 
												ticketing services, retail 
												stores, buyers' agent, and joint 
												venture agreements. The 
												corporation is involved on 
												representing professional groups 
												in several projects, from 
												accounting to construction, both 
												here and abroad, evolving into a 
												truly worldwide sphere of 
												operations that benefit, not 
												only the staff it hires or 
												deploys, but the communities 
												where the corporation operates.

                            

                            					Several key officers form the 
												strong foundation supporting the 
												entire holding corporation with 
												their financial and management 
												abilities backed up by a 
												combined 32 years of experience 
												as tax consultants, internal 
												auditors and accountants with 
												legal and masteral backgrounds. 
												Some are paralegals and legal 
												assistants. But the latest 
												influx of key personnel are from 
												the home health and assisted 
												living industries. The key 
												personnel are not only medically 
												trained but also possess other 
												licensures that allow them to 
												move from one medical position 
												to the next.
                            

                            

                            					The company is still growing and 
												some of the key personnel bring 
												with them tough backgrounds on 
												the construction industry - from 
												residential building to 
												subcontracting government 
												projects.

When a lot of corporations sunk during the past economic crisis in the United States, BBWSI has survived the depression because over the years, it has evolved into a ONE STOP SHOP wherein the corporation opened up subsidiaries that offered a multitude of services to its clients. The idea is to provide convenient and efficient service and also to create the opportunity for the company to sell more products to clients. There were three active subsidiaries, Blue Bonnet International, a foreign placement corporation, Diamond Financial Services, a financial services corporation and Medical Link Staffing Agency, a medical temporary placement agency. All of these were independent corporations purchased by Blue Bonnet Worldwide Services. To avoid confusion within the corporation a fourth subsidiary was created, Professional Group of Companies to merge all the services under one roof but still maintain independence among the separate subsidiaries. Thus, at the end of the accounting year, the total revenues and expenses are all grouped under one corporate return.

Throughout the years, several subsidiaries were created but only a few that has been found to be suitable to the current or existing services had been activated: Centennial Construction Co., Blue Bonnet Tavel & Consultancy Services and Little Philippine Islands.

It is the goal of this employee-owned corporation to maintain the present flow of operations in alliance with other subsidiaries and work out with affiliate companies as well to provide the best service to its clients.
